Beginning your home search to purchase a home can be an overwhelming and exciting adventure. Because of that our goal is to use our knowledge, experience and service to help you each step of the way. We want to make the process as easy and painless as possible. By the end of your search you should be able to say you had fun finding your way home.

Here is where the fun begins! We will get together and schedule viewings of the homes that are currently on the market and might fit your needs. We will talk about how the budget will work and keep you comfortable with the price. If the initial list of homes does not have the winner for you we will send you new listings as they come on the market and stay in communication so when the perfect one pops up we are ready to help! When you are ready to make an offer, we will walk you through the paperwork and present your written offer. The seller could come back to us with a counteroffer or a rejection and we will help with that too! We are happy to give you negotiating tips and suggestions. Once the offer is accepted it is our job to help keep you on track and move forward to the next step.

Now that you have an accepted offer the home is ready for your professional inspection and appraisal. The lender will coordinate the appraisal to make certain the property value matches our offer. We will provide a list of inspectors so you can be confident in your choice. The inspection is a snapshot of the home’s current condition. This is your opportunity to ask the seller for repairs that may be needed in order to close the deal. WE call this another point of negotiation.
We will keep you on track by letting you know the time and place for closing as well as anything you may need to bring such as your down payment and identification. Closing will take about an hour and will end with you receiving the keys to your new home! It will be time to celebrate but we won’t leave you now!
