Brooke Peterman joined Mercer Hughes Real Estate Group just after the doors opened for business in 2019. She brought over eight years of property management experience as well as marketing & fundraising knowledge from the non-profit sector.
With an outgoing, friendly & trustworthy personality she has achieved much success within the real estate world! She enjoys keeping track of current market trends, updates, and new developments. She also understands the dynamics of managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations for her real estate clients.
In 2020, Brooke joined The Dedra Hughes Team and serves as the teams exclusive Buyers Agent. She holds a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and her business model is created strictly for buyers. It is always “all about you”, her client. She has built long-lasting relationships with her buyer clients and understands that every move and situation is unique. She truly enjoys listening to her buyer’s needs and her overall goal is to provide them with an educated and fun experience. Client happiness is a top priority for Brooke!
From the time she moved to Valdosta in 2004, she knew that Lowndes County would soon become her home. Her passion and hope are that her clients will love the Valdosta area just as much as she does!
Outside of real estate, Brooke is an associate member of the Valdosta Junior Service League and volunteers at her church, Perimeter Road Baptist. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, college football, and spending time with her husband and two children.
